Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how AI Play Interactive ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the LeadQualifier service (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

From Clients (businesses using our Service)

When you sign up, we collect: your company name, email address, and information you provide when configuring integrations (such as which Slack workspace or Notion pages you authorize us to access — we do not see your Slack or Notion login credentials themselves, only the access tokens those platforms provide us).

If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment information directly; we receive only a customer reference ID and subscription status, never your full card details.

From Leads (people who submit your clients' forms)

When someone submits a lead form powered by our Service, we process the information they enter (such as name, email, phone, and message) on behalf of our Client (the business operating that form). We act as a data processor for this information; the Client is the data controller and is responsible for how they use it, in accordance with Section 5 of our Terms of Service.

Automatically Collected Information

We collect standard technical information (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security, rate-limiting, and abuse-prevention purposes, and UTM marketing parameters if present in a form submission URL.

2. How We Use Information

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

3. How We Share Information

4. Data Retention

We retain Client account data for as long as the account is active. Lead data is retained according to the Client's own use of the Service; Clients may delete individual leads or export/delete their data as described in our Terms of Service. Upon account termination, we retain data for a limited period (currently up to 30 days) to allow for data export, after which it may be permanently deleted.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed/tokenized session management, and secure third-party payment processing (we never store full payment card numbers). No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at briandavid@aiplayinteractive.com.

If you are an individual who submitted a lead form and wish to exercise data rights regarding that submission, please contact the business (our Client) that operates the form you submitted, as they control that data. If you're unable to reach them, you may contact us and we will assist where possible.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure may process data in regions outside your own; by using the Service, you consent to this transfer, in accordance with applicable law.
